Television and film actress Meera has branded the first family of Pakistan, “butchers” as she reacted to a video posted by daughter of Prime Minister (PM) Nawaz Sharif on Twitter showing PML-N workers cheering for the premier.

Meera condescendingly addressed Maryam Nawaz as “Oh baji” as she wrote: “Your father is a butcher. We are dying because of no electricity today. Bahir temperature check kiya hai? Butchers all of you.”

The actress who makes headlines for her kooky red carpet talks and public appearances complained of power outages amidst hot temperature.

She earlier made headlines on March 5 after she had to return from Gaddafi Stadium for not producing a ticket for the final match of Pakistan Super League (PSL) 2017 at the entrance.
