He said that Shah Rukh Khan, Aamir Khan and Dilip Kumar were snakes as they were ‘ungrateful’. “From Dilip Kumar to Shah Rukh Khan and Aamir, we gave everyone of them a lot of love. However, the statements coming from them make us feel as if we have nurtured snakes,” he said.

Aamir Khan’s recent remarks over intolerance in India seems to have stirred up quite the emotions among some Indians. After facing a barrage of criticism, denunciations and statements attacking the actor from his Bollywood colleagues, it seems that Shiv Sena has also stepped up with condemnations of their own against the Pk actor.  Shiv Sena leader and Maharashtra Environment Minister Ramdas Kadam said that if Aamir Khan wanted to leave the country, then he should be headed to Pakistan. “He was a celebrated actor till now. But now it seems that we handed over milk to a snake. If he does not want to stay here, he can go to Pakistan,” he said.

All the controversy seems to have originated after Aamir Khan said at an event that he was alarmed over the growing intolerance in the country and that his wife Kiran had suggested to him that the couple should move to another country. So far notable Indian celebrities such as Anupam Kher, Raveena Tandon, Rishi Kapoor and Ram Gopal Varma have slammed Aamir Khan in the media for his comments and for calling India intolerant. So far, Aamir has received support only from Oscar-winning composer A.R.Rahman.
