Nawaz Sharif Orders reduction in Duration of load shedding
Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has directed Ministry of Water and Power to reduce the duration of load shedding to six hours in urban areas.

Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif issued these orders while chairing a high level meeting to review the energy crisis here on Wednesday. The premier said the current duration of load shedding is unacceptable. Nawaz Sharif also directed to resolve issues pertaining to fuel supplies to power house in three days time, adding fuel should be transported to power plants via Pakistan Railways. –thenews
